Return Policy

At The Inner Torch, each candle is carefully made, packed, and inspected before shipping. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are part of their unique character.

Damaged Products in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a replacement, refund, or store credit, we require photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping materials.

Unused Products
Unused candles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Used Products
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on candles that have been burned or used.

Final Sale Items
Custom orders, sale items, seasonal items, and gift sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@theinnertorch.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
