At The Inner Torch, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Because our candles are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow additional processing time during:

  • Product launches
  • Sales events
  • Holidays
  • High order volume periods

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD (before taxes and after discounts).

Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Shipping Transit Time

Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that transit times may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Inner Torch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Inner Torch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Reaching out to us so we can assist where possible
